Inpro/Seal, LLC CDR & MGS Performance Guarantee
Inpro/Seal, LLC will guarantee that any new motor up to 100hp/75kW will not incur bearing fluting damage due to shaft currents when using the CDR® and MGS® products.
This guarantee will be for 5 years when the CDR/MGS is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. If electrical induced fluting damage causes the motor bearings to fail, Inpro/Seal, LLC will cover the cost of the motor bearings only. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions below.
- CDR/MGS must be installed on a new motor in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions prior to the motor being placed into service. Warranty does not cover motors where the CDR/MGS has been misused, improperly installed or where the motor shaft was not maintained with a conductive surface.
- Electrically induced fluting damage must be verified by an authorized agent to qualify for the bearing replacement. Inpro/Seal, LLC shall not be liable for greater than 35% of the original cost of the motor.
- To qualify for this performance guarantee, all motors that have or will have the CDR/MGS installed, must be registered within 30 days of placing the new motor into service. Proof of purchase is required. You must register online to qualify for this performance guarantee.
- This guarantee will cover the replacement cost of the motor bearings ONLY.
